Return & Refund Policy
We want every IndivaJewels piece to feel right for you.
Returns
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged, incorrect, or has a manufacturing issue. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging and invoice.
Refunds and exchanges
After inspection, approved returns are refunded to the original payment method. Processing generally takes 5–7 business days. Personalized, engraved, or worn items are not eligible unless they arrive damaged.
